A World of Experience. In partnership with Jagdish M. Chanrai, Director of the Kewalram Chanrai Group, Gautam established a consulting firm in Singapore in 2001 that would evolve into Customer Feedback Systems (Singapore) Pte Ltd and cement the company’s leadership position in the Asian market. Prior to his involvement in the CFS Group, his world-view was shaped by various management positions in the United States (DBI International Inc./TradeRock International), Southeast Asia (Steprock Limited), West Africa (AfPrint Nigeria Plc), and Spain (Kemchans Limited). These positions provided him a depth of knowledge across a comprehensive range of industries – from textiles, consumer products, and financial management technology to voice-of-the customer programs and private investment.
