Growing up in his family’s clothing business, Todd Gash began his career in sales and customer service at the young age of 14. After a double-major from Western Kentucky University, he honed his craft of speaking and presenting as an actor before becoming a business partner in Prix de Solde – a staging and design company in Nashville, Tennessee.

From there, Todd was promoted quickly through the ranks to Operations Manager at PowerSports Complete – a company that provides finance and insurance products, training, and consulting to retail vehicle dealers across the country. He eventually became Director of Agent Development, where he was responsible for recruiting new general agents, enhancing distribution channels, and increasing sales volume.

Before joining the Gitomer family, Todd worked as a professional speaker for “Making It Count” [a division of Monster.com] for a decade. As part of this elite team, Todd has given over 700 presentations across the country to audiences of students and parents about the importance of making good choices. As a Gitomer-Certified Speaker, Todd continues his passion for connecting with companies and associations all over the country on the topics of sales, customer loyalty, and personal development.
