Whenever things aren’t going right, and you feel it in your gut, the best thing to do is call a personal time out.
Pick a room, find a space, go on a walk, take a trip.
Whatever you do, do it alone so you can flesh out your real thoughts and desires. If the answer doesn’t come to you immediately, don’t force it. It may take two or three time outs. It may take four or five walks or think-alone meetings.
It’s worth the invested time because in the end there is a winner: YOU.
