Let me give you a few more random notes about the value of an 800-conference line.

1. You’ll look a hell of a lot more professional.

2. It’ll save you a bunch of time.

3. You won’t have to chase people or hunt them down.

4. Your connect rate will increase to nearly 100%.

5. Your customer will actually apologize if they’re late or miss the connection. And they will reconnect with you 100% of the time. In five years of doing this, I have had to reconnect several times — but I have never had a third meeting.
