Jeff retired from Army Special Operations in June of 2004 and was sought out to take over as Senior Director responsible for Management and Leadership development for a 22,000+ employee private enterprises. From late 05 to Jan 09, Jeff was a critical member in the forming of an international metals mining and trading company operating 50+ locations in the US, UK, Australia, Philippines, Europe and Hong Kong.
