Habit

Making a HABIT to become successful

REALITY:
Most people have an addiction in one form or another. The easiest wayto define it is in the morning. You may call it a “routine” but look atyour morning habits:

Read the paper?
Turn on the TV?
NEED a cup of coffee or a diet Coke?
Smoke a cigarette?

Those are “gotta do” or “gotta have” habits
Those are addictions – especially coffee, diet soda, and cigarettes

Some people (not too many) have good habits – exercise, read a book, take a walk, write – those are inspirational and healthful habits.

ACTION:
List 5 things you do, that you all the time, and you WISH you didn’t do.
List 5 things you WANT to do, but don’t do at the moment, or don’t do enough of.

SUBSTITUTE one bad for one good every 30-days

Sounds simple – but it ain’t easy
Takes self discipline and self determination

I gave you the game plan – you gotta decide to play the game.
