Every week, for the past 7 years, I have sent my email magazine — my ezine — to hundreds of thousands of people. I will continue to do so every week forever.

Everyone complains that they don’t have enough time to spend with their customers, or to see their customers. That they don’t have enough time to call on enough customers and wish they could stay in touch with them better than they do.

When you look at my weekly ezine, look at the content, look at the value, look at the messages being offered in both text and video — and then, in your own way, and in your own style — try to replicate this process.

Even if you only send an email with a tip or a fact or something you know to be true, to every customer on your list, they will respect it, save it if it’s great, and forward it to others if there is impact or value.

A weekly, emailed value message is the easiest and least expensive method of staying in touch with all of your customers, all the time.
