Go on the Internet, visit companies that are actually making money online Zappos, Amazon, Etsy, even eBay and look at their process. Study what it is that they do that makes it attractive for you to buy, and easy for you to buy. Then meet with your web professional with a wish list of what you would like to put into your website. Implement at least one new procedure every 90 days.
